Shivani Sharma

I am excited to start a new position as Scientific Review Officer at the Centre for Scientific Research, National Institutes of Health. It has been an incredible 13 years at UCLA leading a nanoscience research group as a Principal Investigator at the California NanoSystems Institute and School of Medicine at UCLA.

As scientist and educator, I cherish continuous learning, new challenges, and connecting with other researchers with diverse perspectives on biomedical scientific inquiry. My new role at NIH is an excellent opportunity to help shape the biomedical research field and work alongside brilliant scientific minds in bioengineering, biomaterials, nanomedicine, nanotechnology, and other related fields.

I look forward to the new chapter in my career!
